The 4th International Conference on Chinese Energy and Artificial Environment, jointly hosted by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, University of Colorado in the United States, and University of Hull in the United Kingdom, will be held in Xi'an, China from August 1st to 4th, 2025.

The conference aims to build a platform for global Chinese cooperation, innovation, and exchange in the field of energy and environment, focusing on the latest research achievements in the context of "carbon neutrality and carbon peak". It aims to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation among Chinese people around the world, promote the introduction of outstanding overseas Chinese, and explore and encourage academic newcomers. The first three conferences were held in Chengdu, Sichuan (2019, 2021) and Shanghai (2023), with each conference having over a thousand attendees (1057 in the first, 1349 in the second, and 1421 in the third).
